We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Entertainment Brand as an Operations Assistant, supporting the Entertainment and Travel team on a temporary basis.
They are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication and administrative skills. A background in travel would be advantageous but is not essential.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Extensive use of the in-house booking system
- Administrative support, including updating flight schedule changes and transferring funds between bookings in a high-volume environment
- Reviewing reports and monitoring booking requests, ensuring quality control of bookings
- Supporting Operations Coordinators by managing shared operations inboxes
- Assisting with booking enquiries and guest-related issues received from the Care team via email
Key Skills & Experience:
- Available to start immediately (no notice period)
- Previous experience in travel operations or the travel industry is desirable but not essential
- Experience working with booking or reservation systems is helpful; training will be provided
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a team-player mindset
