We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join our client's dynamic team at a leading global entertainment company. This temporary role will primarily support the Vice President (VP) of Finance, helping manage their day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication within the team and across the company.

As a PA, you will play a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, assisting with projects, and providing administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

​

  • Scheduling and organising meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Managing diaries and sending reminders.

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Drafting, proofreading, and sending communications on behalf of the employer.

  • Booking flights, hotels, and transport.

  • Preparing travel itineraries and documentation.

  • Organising meetings and preparing agendas.

  • Taking minutes and following up on action items.

  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring completion of assigned tasks.

  • Assisting with planning and execution of projects.

  • Handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Requirements:

​

  • Available immediately

  • Previous PA experience supporting at VP level

  • Proactive, highly organised and able to multitask with ease

  • Tech savvy with strong experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

This is a temporary position based in our London office with a hybrid work setup.
