A fantastic opportunity to join an iconic, global leader in Entertainment! We are keen to speak with experienced Team Assistant's/ PA's who are immediately available, with recent creative industry experience.

Suitable candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build relationships with peers, Senior Executives and external parties.

Excellent administration, organisational and communication skills are key requirements for this role, as well as strong software skills including the use of Excel & PowerPoint.

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing full administrative support to a busy team
  • Experience of managing multiple diaries
  • Highly experienced in travel management, (international & domestic), working across various time zones
  • Able to work in a pressurised environment; managing conflicting priorities and without supervision
  • Intermediate Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills
  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams
  • Organised and detail oriented - excellent level of accuracy
  • Able to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, be pro-active and take initiative
  • Highly discreet and aware of sensitive & confidential information and situations
  • Engagement with diverse stakeholders
  • Interacts well with people who have different backgrounds and work styles
  • Maintains composure under pressure, can react quickly and positively to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Team player with ability to form excellent working relationships with colleagues (internally & externally)

This position is due to start ASAP for the duration of 12 months with possibility to extend thereafter. Suitable candidates must be available to start with no more than one week's notice.

The role is based in the office 4 days per week, 1 day remote.
