A fantastic opportunity to join a media & entertainment powerhouse in the heart of central London!

Our client is keen to appoint a PA/ Team Assistant on a temporary basis with view to transfer to permanent after 3-6 months.

The role will involve providing seamless support to 3 Executives, working closely with their team of PA's to ensure the smooth running of the office.

We're keen to hear from experienced Assistants, used to supporting multiple Executives and providing administrative support to wider teams.

There is a network of Assistants supporting senior management, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a busy, collaborative team. There is scope to get involved in various events and projects, so this role will be well suited to a PA who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing support role.

Duties involved:

  • Dairy management

  • Travel coordination (international and domestic)

  • Events coordination

  • Managing independent tasks/ projects

  • Minute taking

  • Expenses management

  • Set up of board meetings

  • Liaison with suppliers

  • Facilities/ operations support- liaison with suppliers; keeping track of costs; negotiating rates; ensuring the office is fully stocked with supplies (food/ drinks/ stationery etc)

  • Working closely with PR Team- assisting with sending invites/ coordinating guestlists for VIP's

Experience required:

  • Recent experience across media & entertainment

  • Minimum of 3 years supporting Senior Executives

  • Strong software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Slack)

  • Fantastic communication skills- written & verbal

  • Pro-active, highly organised, self-sufficient, results driven

  • Capable to adapting to change

  • Managing a busy, varied workload in accordance to timelines which can often change

  • Calm under pressure, focused and resilient

This role is due to start ASAP, with view to transfer to permanent. Suitable candidates will be available to start with no more than two week's notice.
