Handle are excited to be partnering with this global media business who are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their team. This is an exciting time to join this business and help them to manage and develop the payroll and benefits process.
This is a hands-on role managing the end to end payroll process for 400 employees in London as well as owning the benefits piece
The Payroll & Benefits Manager will also directly manage the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator so line management experience is essential
The successful candidate will have end to end payroll and benefits management experience, a broad knowledge of UK tax and will be experienced in developing the benefits piece.
You will be a confident team player with excellent communication skills and experience working in a busy HR team.
