Handle are excited to be working with an early stage creative startup developing cutting edge technology in the entertainment space. Joining at an exciting point of their growth trajectory at just 20 employees, with plans to double headcount in the next 12 months - this new hire will help them build the right infrastructure and culture to help then scale with purpose, clarity, and structure.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role where you'll lead the full spectrum of operations, from people and HR to office management, admin, and finance support. You'll work closely with leadership to build and refine the systems, processes, and culture that will underpin their growth.
You'll be the go-to for everything that keeps the business running smoothly: managing onboarding and team experience, overseeing office and digital operations, coordinating budgets and vendors, and making sure they're compliant and well-organised across all jurisdictions.
You'll thrive in this role if you're detail-driven, proactive, and love building things from scratch. You will bring a solid foundation of experience in similar operations or people roles, ideally in fast-paced, start-up environments. You're confident navigating HR, finance tools, and internal systems, and you're comfortable switching between strategy and execution. You'll be proactive and forward thinking; the kind of person who spots gaps and fills them often before anyone else notices. As this business sits in the creative industry space, you'll also bring a creative edge to your work, and ideally worked within media, gaming or similar industry.
