Are you an immediately available HR assistant looking to establish your career in a growing start-up?

Handle are working with an events start-up who have a real need for a savvy HR administrator to join their team initially on a FTC but high liklihood to go perm.

You'll have solid experience at this level, with a keen attitude to develop. The role covers everything HR admin across the employee lifecycle alongside a lot of exciting project work, including supporting with L&D. Plus, there is also scope to be more hands on, helping to advise managers with day to day ER and coaching.

This is a fast-moving, ever-changing environment - very much in start-up mode so lots to build and develop when it comes to People & HR!

The ideal candidate will be from an SME or start-up background, used to a HR function that is still very much in building mode! You'll be confident to work autonomously across the administration piece and have worked with a mixed headcount of permanent and temporary workers.

With the nature of the business, you'll be someone who loves working in person and be able to do 5 days across their two locations (Central and East London).
