Handle is excited to be partnering with an award winning digital music brand as they search for a standalone People Manager to lead their HR strategy.
Working autonomously, reporting directly to the CEO and supporting circa 60 people mostly based in the UK, you will lead on all things people & talent related covering the full HR spectrum from operational HR to developing the People strategy.
A real opportunity for a standalone People/HR Manager to work across employee experience, people operations, day to day administration and payroll. This is a busy role working fully remotely with flexible working and the option to work from a LABS space if needed. Projects include Diversity initiatives and L&D.
In addition, you will be working directly with the Senior Management Team and so our ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills as well as a considered, commercial approach to HR.
