Handle are excited to be working with a scaling Tech start-up who are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join a growing team of 5.
The People Operations Coordinator is a vital role, responsible for the coordination of People/HR administration and working closely with the rest of the People Team to maintain accurate employee records, assist with employee queries and aid in the continuous development of HR processes and procedures.
This role will also be responsible for partnering with the Payroll Manager on the coordination of payrolls across their current offices in London, LA, Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong, and future planned global locations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is just starting out their career in HR, whether you have limited to no HR experience or have 6 months to 1 year and want to get experience and develop within a fast growing Tech start-up!
There is so much scope within this role as it is a start-up, therefore you will gain a lot of exposure to wider HR and be able to get stuck into any given task.
The ideal candidate will have a 'can do' attitude, keen to learn and enthusiastic to develop within HR.
