We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a People Partner to join a growing events business.
This is a generalist partner role within a start up environment of c.100 employees. Reporting into the Head of People, you will partner with managers across the wider business managing day to day HR as well as having exposure to strategic projects.
You will be working across the full employee lifecycle, providing first-line support and advice to managers on any people-related issues including ER and performance management cases, as well as maintaining and updating any relevant People related policies and procedures.
To be successful, you will be a strong HR generalist with solid ER experience and be confident managing ER cases end to end, ideally within the events, entertainment, hospitality or retail sector. You will also have excellent knowledge of UK employment law and be confident communicating with all levels of the business.
This role will be 4 days in the office and 1 day from home but will need some flexibility to be in the office 5 days a week due to the nature of the business.
