Exciting opportunity for an ambitious and established HR Generalist looking to join an evolving bespoke lifestyle brand. Working in a fast-paced, forward-thinking and commercial wider HR team, this role will provide dedicated support for c350 employees across 40 sites mainly based in South East England.
This is a unique role, offering someone the chance to work as a true business partner reporting into the business leader, but still having the comfort of being part of the wider team. You will have a dotted line to the Group People Director, but lots of autonomy and the opportunity to create bespoke strategy, build amazing relationships out in the field and providing a brilliant service in particular around areas like engagement and development.
The business has strong family values, and they're proactively investing in their People Team, so it's a great time to join the brand during their growth with ambitious plans to develop their product lines as well as expand their sites. You will be the go to person for all things HR for your client group, providing commercial advice and coaching. This role will work independently, building excellent relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrating a value add service.
