Solid business partnering experience in similar rapid-growing creative industries is essential for this role in order to hit the ground running and you must be able to demonstrate clear examples of initiatives and senior stakeholder management experience.
Exposure to D&I programmes is ideal and a wealth of knowledge you can tap into when it comes to driving forward HR initiatives and delivering on the people agenda.
Agile approach, genuine flexibility and tenacity - its a true scale-up culture, exciting but not fro the faint hearted!
