We're working with a global entertainment leader seeking a Production Coordinator to join their International Animation team on an initial 9 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating projects for one of the world's most recognisable brands in children & family content.
Working closely with both the London-based creative team and US-based production leads, this individual will oversee schedules, manage creative approvals, and ensure smooth communication between global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day management of multiple animated projects across all stages, from development through to delivery
- Overseeing production timelines to ensure creative goals are achieved within agreed budgets and schedules
- Coordinating communication between international creative, production, and executive teams
- Providing updates and delivering key production assets to internal stakeholders across communications, franchise, and programming teams
- Collaborating with partners and vendors to ensure smooth production workflows across 2D and CG pipelines
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in animation production coordination
- An understanding of 2D and CG animation pipelines
- Proven track record managing productions and working effectively with producers, artists, and creative talent
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across international teams
