As the EMEA Project Co-Ordinator, you'll work closely with the regional team to deliver best-in-class NPD launches and events, store refits and openings, and support the planning and execution of trade and seasonal activities. You'll also create and improve ways of working between EMEA, central and global partners, and assist the Project Manager in delivering strategic and high-risk/high-reward initiatives.

In this role, you'll help plan, monitor, and deliver a variety of projects while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project cycle. Working with a wide range of cross-functional teams across the business, including finance, legal, people, supply chain, tech, global creative teams, and retail teams on the ground, where the makeup magic happens. Responsibilities:

  • The Project Co-Ordinator needs to be detailed orientated, able to create a plan to achieve the vision, using appropriate tools to support themselves and the project team to deliver.
  • You will need to be able to clearly articulate your ideas, as well as receive feedback from your team and stakeholders.
  • Spotting risks before they happen, and finding solutions before they compromise deadlines, budgets, or deliverables.
  • You need to LOVE PEOPLE, working with a variety of functions throughout the global business. You should be able to listen and understand the concerns of all team members and support them in finding resolutions rapidly where appropriate.

You will have experience as a Project Co-ordinator or similar role, ideally with a retail business. Proven experience delivering projects from conception to delivery, understanding of the Retail environment and experience launching new stores preferable.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms essential with hands on experience of project management tools desirable (Monday.com, MS Projects etc).

Hands on practical approach, willing to get stuck in when necessary and willingness to learn. Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to workload.

This is a temporary role, paying from 15.50-18.50 per hour, depending on experience.
