Fantastic interim opportunity for an accomplished Project Coordinator/Manager to assist this iconic global tech company across multiple high profile change management projects. This role requires a pro-active and solutions focused self-starter to essentially be the glue that keeps everything together during the planning and implementation process's Excellent coordination, organisation and communication skills and advanced knowledge of at least 1 project management tool - WRIKE would be highly advantageous. Duties will include:
- Project support structure: Build out and maintain the hierarchy and structure of the project space based on requirements defined by BPR leadership.
- Program data health: Monitor data health and identify gaps or out of date content that requires updating. Follow up with the relevant task owner/s to drive completion.
- Dashboards: Support the creation of leadership view dashboards (either inside or outside of Wrike) tailored to specific user requirements (eg. Stakeholders will need to view this activity through different lenses such as region, time period, product, feature or partner).
- Communication: Support program communication processes either by exposing core program data to select audiences, or creating stakeholder facing comms as needed.
- Insights: Support the identification of program insights based on this data set that can help improve future decision making.
- Project support: Support specific NextGen projects as needed (eg. Creation of project documentation etc)
Required Skills/Experience
Required Skills:
- Project management tools: Familiarity with tools like Gantt charts, Kanban boards, dashboards, and calendars.
- Organisational skills: Ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify risks and bottlenecks and find solutions.
- Proven experience supporting cross-functional, complex technology projects.
- Experience working within Apple and familiarity with our internal processes and systems will be a significant advantage.
- Experience working effectively within diverse, dispersed teams across multiple geographical locations is helpful.
