Amazing new role as Publicity Coordinator for an internationally recognised film and entertainment company. We would love to hear from you if you have Admin, Coordination and/or PR experience. You'll be in an exceptionally busy and demanding environment that requires you to be adaptable and hardworking.
This is an immediate start ongoing for 3 months, based in Central London.
The role:
- Coordinate and assemble information for press articles and media releases
- Prepare meeting agendas and minute taking
- Raise and approve purchase orders
- Communicate regularly in team updates
- Maintain expenses log
The candidate:
- Previous experience in Admin, Coordination and/or PR/Communications
- Exceptional communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Ability to work autonomously
