An exciting temporary opportunity has opened for an experienced Team Assistant to join a well-established Film/TV company. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, with PR experience considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day management of PR agencies and serve as a liaison for various territories.
  • Coordinate talent interviews, including drafting schedules, managing interview nominations, gathering requests, supervising junkets/virtual interviews, and providing talent support as needed.
  • Handle international festival submissions, maintain communication with festival contacts, and foster strong relationships.
  • Manage assets (stills, video clips, trailers, artwork, etc.) for all projects, ensuring they are uploaded to relevant platforms and made available to local territories, agencies, and press.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for screenings.
  • Arrange international travel logistics.
  • Compile and report media coverage, update campaign reports, and prepare presentations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as raising POs, processing invoices, managing credit card expenses, budgets, vendor management, and issuing screening links.
  • Manage meetings, including preparing agendas, scheduling, booking meeting rooms, taking minutes when required, and coordinating with talent representatives and other departments.
  • Provide occasional support for after-hours events, including evening/weekend screenings, set visits, film festivals, Q&A sessions, and special events.
