Receptionist - Temp, 4 days a week ongoing (long-term temp)
£13-£13.50 per hour + holiday pay
Long-term temp opportunity for a 4 day a week Receptionist at this global advertising agency based in the City of London. We are seeking a proactive and reliable Receptionist to join the team. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Prior experience in an advertising would be beneficial but is not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Deal with incoming mail: scan documents, forward relevant documents to the appropriate teams, and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Manage outgoing mail: organise courier shipments and handle post office run as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meeting rooms.
- Maintain and organise, clean professional work space and waiting area
- Liaise with various suppliers to ensure smooth operations and handle any related administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Receptionist or front of house experience
- Desire or previous experience in the Advertising industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confidence working with MS Office
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Professional, motivated and enjoy taking ownership of the reception area
