This is a fantastic opportunity to join a wider global talent team, working specifically within the Product and Design department on a number of exciting roles. This role will focus on maintaining best practice sourcing processes and offering an efficient service to key stakeholders across the global team.
There will be huge scope to also provide valuable insights and data, including talent mapping, strategise different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research. The successful candidate will bring a level of motivation, curiosity and innovation to the team, and have the ability to dive deep into searches on hard to fill roles. You will need to have experience and knowledge of UX/UI, Product Design or Art/Animation/Specialist Design areas. Candidates from agency and in-house will be considered.
