Handle are working with a Digital Media Business to bring a Senior People Partner to their team on a 12 month maternity cover. This is an ASAP start as the current employee is due to leave early April.
They are an award-winning business, working with some of the best talent in publishing across a variety of audiences. This particular role is supporting c.300 people in one arm of the brand - very much a generalist role delivering on the full spectrum of People needs - lots of coaching and collaborating with Managers and supporting the Head of HR Operations. You will also have line management duties for a HR Coordinator - previous management experience needed.
The ideal candidate will be confident leading on ER cases, and coaching both your team and stakeholders alike. A natural communicator, you will be comfortable leading on projects, delivering business focused advice and delivering workshops/ presentations to stakeholders. You'll be able to aid in strategic decisions, using data to inform your choices.
They currently operate a 3/2 hybrid model in their recently renovated City-based offices.
