Handle are partnering with a renowned global media company to recruit a Senior People Partner position. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, industry-leading organisation of c.1000 employees that continues to evolve and grow.
As the business expands and the industry undergoes rapid change, this role will play a pivotal part in aligning the people strategy with wider business goals and culture. Reporting into the CPO, you will have full ownership of the people strategy and HR operations within your business area of around 400 hc. You'll be collaborating with the broader HR function, you'll have 2 direct reports, with you acting as key strategic partner for your leadership team, embedding effective people practices and driving organisational change
This is a broad generalist role, combining high-level strategy with hands-on leadership. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, re-evaluating existing practices and building a bespoke, fit-for-purpose people strategy.
About You:
You're an experienced HR leader with a background in media, creative, or similar environments.
You have the gravitas, influence, and credibility to partner with strong personalities and senior leadership.
You're comfortable building something new, assessing what's in place and reshaping it to serve a growing, progressive business
You're passionate about culture, inclusion, and people development, and you bring a strategic mindset with hands-on capability.
