Handle are working with a fantastic Entertainment organisation who are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA. You will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle in EMEA, ensuring they continue to bring in the best inclusive talent to meet the needs of their three key divisions.
Acting as a trusted partner to both the hiring manager and the HR Business Partner, you will work collaboratively to gain a deep understanding of their business. Demonstrated analytical ability, a strong sense of urgency, interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR and recruitment, diverse and inclusive hiring practices, experience identifying top candidates, and strong negotiation skills will make the individual in this role successful.
This role will be reporting into the Talent Director and will manage the Talent Manager (1x direct report). They are super busy, already making over 60 hires last year! The roles you will be recruiting will be predominantly mid to senior level across head office functions and creative roles.
Alongside delivery, this person will work closely with the Talent Director on TA projects such as Employer Branding, D&I initiatives, process improvement etc.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years' recruitment experience and ideally have at least 1 years in house experience.
They would like someone who can demonstrate delivery as well as when you have made changes/introduced processes prior. They are very consultative in their approach so relationship building and understanding both hiring manager and candidates needs is a must! Experience within the Entertainment industry would be a plus but not a necessity!
