Fantastic opportunity for a proactive Early Careers Recruiter to join a growing Entertainment/Music brand!
Working as part of a really progressive and passionate People and Talent team, this role will take ownership for all early careers and apprenticeship recruitment as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the EMEA region.
The recruitment side of the role is a full 360 remit, you'll manage the full processes for all early careers roles from sourcing through to offer/ on-boarding.
Project and strategy-wise, there will be tons of opportunities to build on the great foundation the business already has in terms of their early careers piece.
They need someone very experienced on DEI side who will bring with them strong experience of building partnerships with external organisations and be able to educate the business on diverse hiring practices. There's a huge focus and commitment from the business to diversity so this role can really take the reins and make a big impact in this space.
The offices are based in West London operating a hybrid model- 3 days in the office.
