Are you a highly proactive Talent Acquisition Partner looking for an exciting new challenge in a DEI focused recruitment role? We are working on a a fantastic opportunity with an organisation in the Entertainment space going through a period of growth and change.

Working as part of a really progressive and passionate People team, this role will take ownership for all early careers and apprenticeship recruitment as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the EMEA region.

The recruitment side of the role is a full 360 remit, you'll manage the full processes for all early careers roles from sourcing through to offer/ on-boarding. Project and strategy wise, there will be tons of opportunity to build on the great foundation the business already has in terms of their early careers piece.

They need someone very experienced on DEI side who will bring with them strong experience of building partnerships with external organisations, and be able to educate the business on diverse hiring practices. There's a huge focus and commitment from the business to diversity so this role can really take the reins and make a big impact in this space.

In terms of the ideal profile, the team are really open to someone coming from agency or in-house backgrounds, a blend of both would be ideal! Most important is the passion and experience in DEI in a recruitment setting, and someone who is a recruiter at heart, super people focused and someone who gets a real satisfaction from delivering amazing hires to the business.

As most Entertainment businesses are, there's never a dull moment in this environment! Loads of change, business growth/ acquisitions and things definitely move at pace - so you'll be someone who thrives and gets a buzz from working in this type of culture.

The offices are based in West London operating a hybrid model
