I am looking to speak to an ambitious Talent Manager with around 2 year's experience in the fashion or beauty industry - from development, pitching, organising and strategising for new and established talent.
Responsibilities
Daily management duties of talent roster, developing strong relationships and fostering open communication
Working on long-term strategies for talent, with focus on their online brand
Negotiating brand partnerships and managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
Sourcing and securing new opportunities for clients across the industry i.e. new product launches, events, red carpets etc
Always keeping up with latest trends across social and digital
Ad-hoc work to support senior agents where required
The Candidate
This is an office based role, 5 days a week in office, someone that is happy to work office based is very important
Interest/experience within fashion and beauty would be advantageous
Knowledge of social media trends
Previously talent management experience would be great, but general experience working with or close to talent in an in-house capacity is also fine.
