We have a great opportunity for a Team Assistant to join the Family Office of a HNWI within the Art world!

This is a busy, exciting and a 'no day is the same' type of role! As a Team Assistant your role is to provide quick, thorough, administrative assistance for the private lives of a HNWI and their family. You will be working alongside the Executive Assistant on task such as managing an ever-changing diary, to making extensive travel arrangements and booking a variety of events!

This is a full-time office-based role, situated in London. If you are a team assistant, receptionist or an office coordinator looking for your next exciting career move, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management, travel arrangements, including the use of private jets
  • Researching, shopping, and wrapping of luxury gifts, including cost comparisons to find the best commercial prices
  • Booking a variety of events, personal appointments, restaurants & more
  • Petty cash and invoice paying, keeping accurate records at all times
  • Thorough maintenance of the internal filing systems
  • General PA duties
  • Undertake any other tasks that may be requested, including business support

Experience:

  • You must have experience of working as a Team Assistant within a busy and demanding professional environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • High attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
  • Display a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, over the phone via email
  • Friendly and approachable with can do, muck in attitude

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and the desire to work as efficiently as possible. We're looking for someone who can operate effectively, be comfortable in answering emails and deal with complaints. This person will be working in a busy environment, show a can-do attitude and manage multiple tasks at once in a calm manner.
