You'll support theatrical distribution and marketing strategy across EMEA, working with a dynamic team responsible for all marketing campaigns for theatrical releases across EMEA.

This role sits within marketing, covering advertising, publicity, digital, promotions, and exhibitor relations. Whilst this role sits within the marketing team we're looking for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who's happy to be hands-on and keep all administrative things running smoothly.

You'll need excellent written communication, confidence in presenting ideas, and experience within the Film and/ or TV industry. A passion for the industry is a must!

Please note: This is a 4-month temporary position starting ASAP.

What you'll do

  • Collect and organise marketing data, assets, and campaign materials from EMEA markets.

  • Support tracking of trailer performance and audience reactions.

  • Assist the SVP with diary management, travel bookings, expenses, and meeting agendas.

  • Help coordinate ad-hoc projects, liaising with local teams, head office, and agencies.

  • Maintain team calendars, SharePoint access, and general office organisation.

  • Organise internal screenings and meetings, ensuring logistics run seamlessly.

  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action points.

  • Be the go-to contact for admin support and team coordination.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in a similar assistant or coordinator role within Film/TV.

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

You'll fit right in if you

  • Have a proactive, can-do attitude and love working collaboratively.

  • Are adaptable, detail-driven, and always ready to help.

  • Bring positive energy and initiative to everything you do.

If you're organised, passionate about film, and enjoy being the person who makes things happen we'd love to hear from you.
