We are working with a tech scale up who are looking for a proactive Interim Tech Recruiter to join the team on an initial 9-to-12-month FTC. Talent is at the heart of their organisation, and their leaders recognise that acquiring the best talent will enable them to continue building world-class technologies, evolving their products, and providing the best service to their clients.
They are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter who can support and deliver on tech-focused roles that will primarily be mid-senior tech roles across Engineering and Developers, focusing on UK and some EMEA markets.
Ideal candidate:
* Recruit tech talent; engineering, data, security roles
* Be knowledgeable of the tech industry, understand trends, changes, and relevant market information
* Be able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction to offer and acceptance
* Have a proven track record of sourcing a high volume of high-quality tech talent whilst working to tight deadlines
You will have at least 5 years' recruitment experience within tech (must have a mix of agency and in-house, or just agency)!
