My Client, a leading music business are looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team over christmas and new year. Based in West London, the successful candidate will have proven experience of high volume AP processing, have managed large vendor accounts and have previously worked in a fast-paced working environment.
The role
- Inputting of invoices onto Accounting System
- Inputting of expenses/statements
- Raise weekly bacs/Cheque runs
- Input and setting up Personal expenses
- Dealing with supplier queries and reconciling statements
- Reviewing creditor accounts with P/L Manager
- General admin duties
The candidate
- Previous accounting and payables experience
- Confident to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Accustomed to working in a busy and demanding working environment
- Immediately available to start!
