Event Project Manager - Global Event Agency , Austin (TX) Office My client, an award-winning global events agency with a strong reputation for delivering complex, large-scale programmes conferences, exhibitions, incentives, recognition programmes and brand activations worldwide, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their growing Austin team. Working with clients across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, the agency delivers ambitious, high-quality projects across sectors including technology, hospitality, media, consulting, and beauty. With long-standing global client partnerships and a strong presence in both the UK and US, the business is now entering an exciting new phase of expansion and is seeking a Project Manager to join the Austin (TX) office. This role is ideal for an experienced agency-side event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a diverse portfolio of international projects. As a priority you will: * Lead and deliver small to medium-scale events from brief through to onsite execution * Support large-scale international programmes alongside senior project leads * Manage client relationships, supplier coordination, logistics, and delegate management * Oversee event budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial tracking * Coordinate venues, hotels, production, transport, entertainment, and onsite operations * Support pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities * Mentor junior team members and freelancers where required * Ensure projects are delivered to the highest operational, compliance, and sustainability standards To be successful you will need: * 3+ years' experience within a busy events agency environment * Proven experience managing corporate events, conferences, incentives, exhibitions, or gala dinners * Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills * Experience with Cvent or similar delegate registration platforms * Knowledge of production, AV, branding, and event logistics * Excellent organisation, budgeting, and multitasking abilities * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with willingness to travel as needed This role is based in Austin, Texas (hybrid) and offers the chance to join a growing global agency delivering exceptional experiences worldwide.
