Media Sales Manager (12 month FTC) - Retail Media Agency
My client is a leading global real estate and destination developer and operator with a portfolio of flagship retail, office, and experiential spaces across Europe and the United States. Within this business sits an in-house retail media function delivering innovative, data-led advertising and experiential campaigns across a best-in-class retail media network.
This is a sales-focused role, covering for maternity leave on a 12 month FTC basis, within the Media & Data team, driving revenue growth across media, data products, and integrated brand solutions across a portfolio of high-profile shopping destinations.
As a priority you will:
* Support delivery of media and data revenue targets across UK retail destinations
* Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across media agencies, brands, and retail partners
* Sell OOH media, digital inventory, and data-led products into the UK market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, OOH specialists, and key industry partners
* Collaborate with leasing, centre management, and internal teams to unlock new revenue opportunities
* Support campaign delivery, ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, and commercial execution
To be successful you will need:
* 3+ years' experience in media sales, sponsorship, partnerships, or a media agency environment
* Strong understanding of the UK media and OOH landscape
* Proven track record in sales, pitching, and revenue generation
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
* Confident working with data, insights, and commercially driven reporting
