Our client is looking for an end-to-end Finance Operations Analyst to join their London-based Finance team, supporting operations in a fast-paced, creative & collaborative environment. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll oversee the purchase-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring financial transactions are accurate, compliant and delivered efficiently. Workday Financials experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end P2P process, including supplier onboarding, purchase orders, invoice reviews and supplier queries for the EMEA region
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support procurement activities, contracts and finance-related requests
  • Ensure invoices and expenses are accurately coded, approved and processed in line with company policies
  • Support month-end close by preparing accruals, investigating variances and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Monitor spend against budgets and forecasts, highlighting any risks or discrepancies
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and support ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • 3-5< years' experience in Finance Operations, Operational Finance, P2P or Accounts Payable
  • Strong understanding of P2P workflows, purchase orders and basic accounting principles, including accruals and CapEx vs OpEx
  • Experience supporting month-end close and working with ERP systems, ideally Workday Financials
  • Strong Excel, analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Media, entertainment or shared services experience would be advantageous
