The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a fast-paced business within the live music industry.

This is a varied role where you'll be at the centre of the organisation, ensuring operations run smoothly while supporting the wider team. From coordinating major industry events and managing onboarding to improving internal systems and processes, you'll play a key role in helping the business operate efficiently and continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operational running of the business.
  • Coordinate attendance at industry conferences and events, including travel, logistics and budgets.
  • Organise internal meetings, training sessions and team events.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including systems access, equipment and administration.
  • Maintain internal systems, documentation, shared resources and operational processes.
  • Coordinate office logistics, IT administration and equipment management.
  • Manage software subscriptions, mobile contracts and operational purchasing.
  • Support reporting, data management and cross-team administration.
  • Assist with internal communications, website updates and Artist Welcome Packs.
  • Support community engagement initiatives and workplace DEI activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

About You

You'll be an organised problem-solver who enjoys working across multiple projects and building efficient ways of working.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an operations, office management or business support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using business systems.
  • Financial awareness and experience managing budgets or operational spend.
  • An interest in, or understanding of, the live music industry.
