We're looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join a fast-paced creative content agency, leading the delivery of high-quality video and photographic productions from start to finish.You'll oversee projects across pre-production, production and post-production, working with creative, strategy and client services teams, as well as directors, filmmakers, photographers and editors, to turn creative concepts into standout content.You'll be responsible for ensuring projects meet the client brief, deliver against agreed KPIs and achieve a high creative standard, while maintaining strong control of budgets, margins and schedules. You'll also act as a senior point of contact for clients throughout production, building trusted relationships and ensuring clear, transparent communication.As a senior member of the production team, you'll support and mentor junior producers, sharing your experience and helping to develop efficient, effective ways of working.The day to day:Lead medium to large-scale video and photographic productions from pre-production through to final deliveryManage crew bookings, travel, risk assessments, call sheets, insurance, permits and locationsCoordinate closely with clients and internal teams to keep projects on scheduleBuild strong relationships with clients, talent, suppliers, freelancers and production partnersLead shoots, ensuring they run smoothly, safely and to scheduleWork closely with directors, creatives, filmmakers, photographers and editors to ensure the creative vision is maintained through production and post-productionTrack budgets, identify potential overages and efficiencies, and support delivery against agreed profit marginsSupport pitches and creative proposals, including sourcing talent and influencersNegotiate contracts, freelancer fees and talent usage rightsMaintain accurate project information, timelines, tasks and budgets within production management systemsHelp develop and improve production processes and documentationMentor and support Junior Producers, providing guidance and oversightEnsure productions follow relevant sustainability policies and contribute ideas for reducing environmental impactMust-have:2-3+ years' professional experience producing video and photographic content, ideally within a creative content agency or production environmentStrong, hands-on experience across both pre-production AND post-production - essentialProven ability to take productions from initial planning through shoot and post-production to final deliveryA strong track record of delivering multiple projects on time, within budget and to a high creative standardSolid understanding of end-to-end production workflowsExperience coordinating shoots, including crew, locations, logistics and travelStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to problem-solve quickly and confidently in a fast-paced creative environmentBasic experience with contract negotiation and talent usage rightsGood understanding of digital and social content formatsA developing network of industry contactsCommitment to sustainable production practicesA proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approachYou're an experienced producer who is comfortable working in a creative content agency environment and owning productions from brief through to final asset delivery. You'll also be discussing rates and deals with clients, preparing quotes and finalising session costs, alongside providing excellent customer service throughout the booking and session process.We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional and confident, with an excellent telephone manner and a genuine commitment to customer service. You'll need to be highly organised, calm and efficient under pressure, a confident communicator and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Being financially savvy is important, as you'll be dealing with rates, quotes and session costs. We're also looking for a proactive, reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively and has an interest in sound and audio.Voice-over casting experience would be advantageous, but isn't essential.Previous experience in a similar bookings, production or coordination role within the post-production industry would be highly beneficial.
