This is a hybrid role, split between working on-site with the client in West London and working from a Central London office, reporting into the Head of Production.

You'll work closely with a collaborative team of creative and account management professionals, as well as key client stakeholders, to help deliver high-quality content and campaigns across a range of channels.

You'll play an important role in managing projects from initial briefing through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, resources and scopes are effectively managed. You'll also help establish strong ways of working and contribute to improving processes and workflows across the team.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a strong understanding of the client's brand, audiences and communication objectives
  • Ensuring creative and content work remains aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements
  • Working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams through clear communication and effective problem solving
  • Ensuring projects remain aligned with agreed objectives and KPIs
  • Planning and managing creative, production and digital projects across multiple channels
  • Taking ownership of projects from briefing through to final delivery
  • Managing timelines, budgets, scopes and resources
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation, including briefs, schedules and budgets
  • Identifying potential issues and proactively managing risks
  • Supporting the development of client briefs and helping turn ideas into effective deliverables
  • Liaising directly with clients and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborating with wider teams to improve processes, workflows and project standards
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification and within budget

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Producer / Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment. You'll have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

You'll be a confident communicator with a solutions-focused approach, a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively to challenging deadlines. A genuine interest in creative and digital work, alongside a passion for building effective processes and teams, would be highly beneficial.

Ideally, you'll have at least 3 years' experience managing digital, creative or media projects from inception through to completion, either within an agency or in-house environment.

You'll also have a good understanding of digital advertising and production processes, project workflows and the wider digital landscape. Experience working directly with clients or as part of an embedded/on-site team would be advantageous.

This is a hybrid role, requiring regular attendance at the client's West London location, alongside working from a Central London office.

Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
