A well-established international entertainment business is looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner maternity cover, to start in January.

This is a broad, generalist role supporting around 100 employees across a varied and creative business, working closely with the Head of HR and partnering with managers across the organisation. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the day-to-day, building trusted relationships and getting involved in everything from employee relations and recruitment through to wider people initiatives.

There's also plenty of opportunity to get involved beyond the day-to-day, supporting organisational design, DE&I initiatives, group reporting and wider HR projects. You'll play an active role in raising the profile of the HR function, promoting training and benefits, and contributing to company-wide communications and town halls.

The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with at least four years' HR experience, solid employee relations knowledge and a good understanding of current employment legislation. Someone who is confident working with stakeholders at all levels, naturally builds rapport and can balance discretion with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.

The role is due to start in January, so would be an ideal fit for somebody finishing an FTC this year!
