  • Develop and deliver content and campaigns, overseeing the creation, editing, curation and publishing of high-quality, platform-specific content.
  • Apply a strong understanding of Middle Eastern cultures, audiences and behaviours to inform content, campaigns and client recommendations.
  • Build trusted client relationships through confident, clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Plan and deliver impactful real-time content, including supporting live events and reactive moments.
  • Stay ahead of platform developments, cultural trends and emerging best practice.
  • Track content and campaign performance, communicate key findings and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Support client work and live events at weekends, both remotely and onsite, when required.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for sport and an interest in the stories, personalities and audiences that surround it.
  • Has a passion for creating and takes pride in the finished product.
  • Is curious, proactive and interested in how digital and social platforms continue to evolve.
  • Shows initiative and takes responsibility for moving work forward.
  • Has an appetite to learn and welcomes feedback.
  • Has 2-4 years' experience in digital and social media, ideally within an agency, sports or brand environment.
  • Has experience delivering digital and social media work for clients or audiences in the Middle East, with a strong understanding of the region's cultures and audiences.
  • Has experience executing social media content plans and campaigns from concept through to delivery.
  • Is a confident copywriter, able to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has experience in client relationship management and is confident contributing to and leading project discussions.

Experience working within sport, entertainment or a wider consumer-facing environment would be advantageous, as would Arabic language skills.

This is a London-based role, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working remotely. The role will also involve some international travel, expected to be approximately 1-2 times per year.
