Handle are excited to be working with a prestigious and well respected creative media company who are looking for a strong HR Business Partner to come on board.

You will need to be an experienced, solution orientated HR generalist with a background working with strong creative personalities. The business has been on a really exciting journey to transform the HR offering internally so they are looking for someone with a commercial mindset, progressive approach and someone who will ensure employees are at the heart of everything they do.

Solid business partnering experience in similar creative industries is essential for this role in order to hit the ground running and you must be able to demonstrate clear examples of initiatives and stakeholder management experience.

This is a true generalist role focusing on all areas of HR and supporting the wider L&D and Talent Acquisition team where necessary.

Skills:

  • Extensive HR Generalist experience including ER, coaching, benefits, change and L&D
  • Be true business partner with great senior stakeholder management
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Background working in creative industries
  • Project management and negotiation skills
