Handle are working with a Tech driven scaling start-up who are looking for a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing team to support with end to end coordination and candidate experience.
You will be partnering with the Head Office/Corporate Functions Recruitment team and hiring managers, managing coordination for roles across the UK, Ireland and EMEA (France, Italy, and Netherlands) on a 12 month FTC.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing team with plenty of autonomy to get involved in projects and give new ideas and initiatives.
You will need to be organised, comfortable in managing high volume coordination and be adaptable to working in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a growth mind-set and be able to suggest/implement process improvements both in the recruitment team and the hiring process.
You will be able to prioritise across multiple tasks and have excellent communication skills to create a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.
If you have experience with an ATS, ideally Greenhouse, that would be beneficial.
