We are working with an iconic sports client on a newly created Benefits Advisor role.

Reporting into the HR Ops Lead, this role will be solely responsible for processing benefits across the UK. You will be the first point of contact for all benefits queries, including pension, private medical insurance, discounts and perks to name a few. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and have excellent internal communications experience, as you will be responsible for championing the benefits message, making sure employees know and utilise all that is offered.

You will support the continuous improvement of the reward system and company benefits portal, lead on benefits data analysis, provide recommendations and support the implementation of new benefits. There is real opportunity here to make the role as creative as you wish, getting involved in benefits fairs / roadshows and other engaging ways to present offerings.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, high-level stakeholder management, vendor management and the desire to drive improvements and continuously simplify and scale processes. You will be personable, approachable and willing to engage with all levels across this very well renowned business.
