Are you a generalist Compensation & Benefits Manager looking for an impactful role in a creative, fast moving media environment? We're looking for a motivated, analytical, and strategic thinking comp & bens professional to join a busy and high-performing team supporting a UK business.

Reporting into the Head of Compensation and Benefits, and managing a small team, you will be a key member of the wider HR team and support in running all the Reward and Benefit processes for the whole business (c2000 hc) This is a true business partnering role advising managers across the business, and managing relationships with a range of internal and external service providers.

A mix of hands-on and strategy, this is an exciting opportunity to bring your passion and specialist knowledge in the field of Payroll, Compensation and Benefits to drive improvement, support attraction, engagement and retention across the organisation.

Who we're looking for:

  • A true generalist in Compensation and Benefits
  • A high level of of organisation and ability to manage multiple projects and navigate a complex matrix environment
  • You will be optimistic and solutions focused, have strong communication skills and ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Advanced Excel experience and strong numerical skills are a must, as is knowledge and experience of HR systems and reporting
  • Ideally you'll have worked in Media or similar Creative industry environment and thrive in the pace and align with the people-centric approach

This is a full time role, based in central London office with hybrid working (2 days in per week)
