Our client is a globally recognised personal PR organisation working with some of the most influential and exciting music and entertainment talent in the world. They are now seeking an exceptional Director to join their senior leadership team and help shape the next chapter of the business.

This is a rare opportunity to operate at the highest level of music, fashion and culture, leading ambitious global campaigns and working closely with artists, tastemakers and industry leaders across multiple territories.

The role can be based in London, New York or Los Angeles.

The role

The Director will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of publicity for a roster of top-tier talent. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a senior voice within the business, they will balance creative vision with hands-on delivery, while mentoring and inspiring the wider team.

Key responsibilities

  • Shape and execute innovative, culturally relevant PR strategies

  • Direct and deliver standout publicity narratives for global talent

  • Oversee day-to-day talent management across press, events, red carpets and fashion weeks

  • Write high-quality press releases, media briefings and client-facing copy

  • Command relationships with top-tier global editors, producers and publishers

  • Maintain and develop elite industry relationships across music, fashion, film, sport and culture, including labels, agents, managers, stylists, photographers, VIP teams and creatives

  • Mentor and manage team members, supporting their development

  • Lead global crisis communications and online reputation management

  • Develop and execute creative stunts and attention-grabbing campaigns

  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, emerging opportunities and industry news

  • Represent the business at key global industry events

  • Travel internationally on behalf of clients and the company

  • Work closely with the Founder and Directors to develop new business opportunities

The ideal candidate

  • A minimum of five years' experience representing top-tier talent at senior or Director level

  • A strong track record of managing successful, high-impact publicity campaigns

  • Deeply connected to the global media and cultural landscape

  • Confident, credible and effective when communicating with clients and industry stakeholders

  • Strategic, adaptable and able to think laterally

  • Experience working across music, fashion and culture

  • A sharp writer with excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Highly organised, proactive and digitally engaged

  • Aesthetically aware, with a strong instinct for brand positioning and cultural relevance
