A superb role for a Personal Assistant/Project Assistant has just become available in the Luxury Hospitality Industry. You will be London based working on UK and international projects, assisting the CEO and being a key player working towards the success of this thriving & ambitious company. We're keen to hear from PA's and Team Assistants who have energy, enthusiasm and have a genuine passion for the Hospitality world!
The candidate will be working with the CEO and supporting with diary management and travel arrangements. There is a great Project Support aspect to this role which will see the candidate doing project research, administration and work closely with the Social Media team!
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Provide diary management, international travel and inbox management support for the CEO
- Organising meetings on behalf of the CEO with new and existing clients
- Managing weekly updates of projects from project directors and general managers
- Proofreading presentations
- Managing social media accounts
This is an incredible role for a Personal Assistant looking to looking to take a step up in responsibility, take on new and exciting projects and get involved with creative and dynamic people daily! You will become an integral member of a talented, inspiring team and immerse yourself in an extremely supportive and fun culture. This is a permanent, hybrid role offering 3 days in their London offices and 2 days from home.
