As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of our client's creative universe - blending product knowledge, hospitality, and cultural passion to deliver an immersive, memorable experience for every guest. Whether preparing a coffee, curating a vinyl recommendation, or styling a customer, you'll bring authenticity, enthusiasm, and energy to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, personalised service that reflects the brand's music-driven culture.
Engage customers across multiple zones - from the coffee corner to the vinyl space and merchandise area - with genuine enthusiasm and expertise.
Provide premium recommendations, share brand and artist stories, and connect meaningfully with guests.
Support daily store operations, including restocking, visual merchandising, and event preparation.
Maintain the store's aesthetic and service standards, ensuring it's always ready for high-profile visits or content moments.
Act as a true brand ambassador, embodying the spirit of music, creativity, and connection.
Key Requirements
2-4 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle environments.
Available to start December 2025.
Versatile, energetic, and confident working across different zones (barista, vinyl, merch).
Strong communication skills and a genuine love for customer interaction.
Passion for music, culture, and creating world-class experiences.
Flexible, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment.
Additional Information
Part-time and full-time roles available
Working hours: Between 10am-7pm, depending on shift pattern and contract type
Rotating roster across 7 days per week
