Exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced studio environment as the first point of contact at the Longcross site. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression for visitors, production crews and internal teams, while supporting day-to-day studio operations. You'll manage access passes, handle enquiries, coordinate with security and facilities teams to help ensure the site runs smoothly throughout busy production periods.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone organised, proactive and confident delivering great customer service.
- This position is a fixed-term-contract until Sep 2026. You must be available to start ASAP.
- This role is based in Longcross Surrey working in the office 5 days per week.
- This role is paying around £170/ day depending on experience.
The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, production crews, internal teams and suppliers
- Deliver a welcoming, professional Front of House experience
- Issue and manage temporary and long-term pedestrian and vehicle passes in line with GDPR
- Log, track and communicate maintenance, operational and compliance tasks via the CAFM system
- Report damage and flag any chargeable works where required
- Work closely with Security, Health & Safety and Technology teams
- Support VIP visits and on-site events
Key Responsibilities
- Manage visitor enquiries in person, by phone and email
- Process deliveries and oversee post room collections
- Create, audit and close access passes and ID cards
- Maintain access records and audit systems to ensure accuracy
- Monitor site access levels and vehicle occupancy
- Liaise with the Client Services Manager on site activity and busy periods
- Order reception supplies and maintain stock levels
- Keep the reception area clean, presentable and well organised
Skills & Experience
- Must have Experience in an operational, facilities or Front of House roles within the Studio Facility / Media & Entertainment industry.
- Team player with an ability to coordinate multiple tasks and
- Confident using systems, following procedures and managing access control
- Strong organisational and admin skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Willing to learn studio processes and workflows
- Available to work 7.30am-4.00pm (flexibility required for production needs)
