A small but mighty Creative Agency are looking for a HR Manager to join their team ASAP to take full ownership of the people function day to day.
This is a standalone, hands-on generalist role reporting directly into the COO. You'll be responsible for all UK people operations, while also line-managing an HR Manager based in the India studio. With a UK headcount under 50 heads and a further 10 internationally, this role suits someone who enjoys being close to the business and owning the detail.
The focus is very much on operations and delivery. You'll manage core people processes, support performance and employee relations activity, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The business uses Breathe HR as its HRIS and works with an external HR lawyer when specialist support is needed.
Beyond the day-to-day, you'll play a key role in shaping how people operations work, streamlining processes, improving data and finding better ways of doing things. This is a business that values HR and gives the role real autonomy, so you'll have the space to make improvements and bring ideas to the table.
They're looking for someone with at least five years experience who's comfortable working in a standalone role, enjoys rolling their sleeves up and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
The role is office-based three days a week (Wednesday to Friday) in their Central London office. They will also consider 4 day part time candidates.
