Handle are working with a leading entertainment company who are looking for a generalist Talent Acquisition Manager to come on boards on permanent basis.

In this role, you will manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company continues to introduce exceptional talent to their business units who in turn will drive their brands and business to even greater success.

You will be responsible for ensuring that they not only hiring the best talent, but that their hiring practices are inclusive and increase diversity across the company.

Reporting directly to the Global TA Director and working closely with the HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and their recruitment partners at the London HQ, your primary responsibility is to make sure the hiring process runs efficiently from start to finish

They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive candidate with in-house or agency recruitment experience. An extensive knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process is essential as is the confidence to engage with members of staff at all levels.

Day to day responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, advertising vacancies on the website and job boards, filtering and shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, holding interviews, providing candidate feedback and extending offers of employment.
