We're looking for an exerienced Tech Recruiting Business Partner to support hiring across R&D teams based across EMEA. This is a key role in the wider TA team, focused on sourcing and engaging exceptional technical talent across Software Engineering. This is a full 360 recruiter remit, in a business that requires a high level partnering approach and strong stakeholder management
What You'll Do
Partner closely with senior stakeholders to define role requirements
Build innovative, inclusive attraction and assessment strategies
Deliver full lifecycle hiring, from briefing to offer and close
Engage and convert top-tier technical talent across EMEA
Provide market insights, candidate intelligence, and data-driven recommendations
Challenge, influence, and add value at every stage of the hiring process
What You Bring
Proven experience as an in-house Recruiter (agency background highly valued)
Strong track record hiring within the Technology sector
Expertise in Software Engineering recruitment (generalist or specialist)
Confidence managing complex, highly specialised roles
Commercial mindset with the ability to shape competitive offers and close effectively
This is more than a delivery role, you'll operate as a true Business Partner, helping shape hiring strategy and enabling R&D teams to build world leading technology.
You'll be based out of an amazing HQ in London, 4 days per week with one working from home. The role will be offered on a 12 month contract and start with max 1 months notice
