Are you ready to dive into the world of live and online events with a growing name in culture and entertainment? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Ticketing Assistant to join a passionate team and play a pivotal role in bringing unforgettable experiences to audiences worldwide.

As the Ticketing Assistant, you'll be at the centre of our ticketing operations, working closely with the Ticketing Manager to ensure the seamless flow of the live and online events. From setting up seating allocations to maintaining crucial spreadsheets, you'll be a vital part of the team delivering excellence in our live and online Programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the Ticketing Manager to run booking platforms smoothly.
  • Support the Customer Service team in handling booking-related queries.
  • Foster positive relationships with platform providers and contribute to their development.
  • Set up, maintain, and report on all online and live events.
  • Liaise with venues, agents, and other stakeholders for successful event execution.
  • Contribute to marketing activities through creating waiting list links and promo codes.
  • Ensure accuracy in sales reports and support the wider team with relevant data.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a box office or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
  • Dynamic, hands-on, and willing to learn and adapt.
  • High level of professional integrity, reliability, and hard-working ethic.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Nliven and Ticketure.
  • Experience working with venues and third-party ticket agents.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations.
