A leading London-based independent music company is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant specialising in short-form content to join its growing marketing team.

The Role:

You'll drive engagement and streaming growth across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts through high-volume, trend-led content and influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts
  • Create and post high-volume short-form content
  • Run influencer marketing campaigns
  • Lead YouTube Shorts strategy
  • Track performance and report on KPIs
  • Support content planning and trend research
  • Handle daily community management and platform upkeep

About You:
