We're working with a highly respected independent global branding agency who are looking for a Senior Designer to join their London studio team.

This is a key hire as the studio continues to strengthen its design team and creative output. They are looking for a highly experienced Senior Designer who can step in confidently at a senior level and make an immediate impact.

Strong, demonstrable packaging experience is essential for this role and will be a key requirement in shortlisting.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of conceptual thinking and hands-on design craft, with the ability to push ideas further and elevate how the team approaches branding projects.

The agency has built a strong reputation in FMCG, particularly food and drink branding, producing high-quality identity and packaging work. More recently, the studio has expanded into a broader mix of premium and luxury brands, global airlines, corporate organisations, and B2B financial services.

As a result, they are looking for someone who can bring a refined, elevated approach to branding, comfortable building considered brand worlds that go beyond execution.

The studio operates as a highly collaborative, hands-on environment, where ideas are shared openly and there is a strong emphasis on quality and craft.

In this role, you will take ownership of branding projects from concept through to delivery, translating strategic thinking into distinctive, well-executed visual identities. You will be confident articulating your ideas, explaining the thinking behind them, and presenting work to clients.

You will also contribute to creative direction and support junior designers within the team.

We are looking for someone already operating at Senior Designer level within a branding or identity-focused agency, with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and high-level craft. Experience across identity systems is essential, and packaging experience is a non-negotiable requirement.

Strong communication skills are key, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

This is a fully office-based role in Central London, 5 days a week. The studio values in-person collaboration as a core part of its creative process. Sponsorship is not available.

If you are a Senior Designer looking for a role where you can take real ownership, elevate your craft, and work closely with a highly collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.
